Shipping Methods

All packages are shipped via USPS or UPS.

• USPS: Processed Monday through Saturday.
• UPS: Processed Monday through Friday.
• All shipping methods operate on business days (Monday–Friday).

Free Shipping Policy

• Free Shipping is available for online orders over $59 (within the U.S. only).
• Free shipping does not apply to international orders, as we currently do not ship outside the United States.

Order Processing

• Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. EST are typically processed and shipped the same day.
• Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. EST on a Friday will ship on the next business day (Monday).
• Weekend orders (Friday–Sunday) may require additional processing time.
• Processing times may vary slightly during busy periods, such as sales events or the holiday season.

USPS Shipping Details

• USPS Priority Mail: Typically delivers within 2-4 business days after shipment.
• USPS Ground: Generally delivers within 2-8 business days after shipment.
• Tracking Information: USPS tracking may not update until the package reaches the local sorting facility or post office.

• Expedited Shipping Options: Available at an additional cost, with delivery in as little as 1-3 business days.
• Tracking Information: UPS tracking provides frequent updates in real-time.

Important Notes

• Once an order has shipped, Canna Roadz is not responsible for delays caused by carriers (e.g., USPS or UPS).
• Factors such as weather, high package volumes, or postal service faults may impact delivery timelines.
• If you experience delays, contact the carrier directly using the provided customer service information.

Shipping Restrictions

• THCa Products: Cannot be shipped to Arkansas, Idaho, Minnesota, Oregon, and Rhode Island.
• Delta 8 Products: Cannot be shipped to the following states:
• • AR, CA, CO, CT, DE, GA, HI, ID, IN, IA, KS, MA, MS, MT, NV, NH, NY, ND, OR, RI, SC, UT, VA, VT, WA, WV.
• State & Local Laws:
  • Canna Roadz reserves the right to refuse shipments to locations where local laws prohibit the sale or possession of certain hemp-derived products.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the legality of these products in their area.

Military Addresses

• Orders shipped to APO/DPO/FPO addresses may take up to 14 business days in transit.

International Orders

• Canna Roadz currently does not accept international orders.

Damaged or Missing Products

• If your order arrives damaged or with missing products, please email info@cannaroadz.com with:
  • A photo of the damaged product.
  • A brief description of the issue.
  • Our team will assist in resolving the problem promptly.

Backorders

• If a product is unavailable, we will contact you to offer an alternative or issue a refund.
