At CannaRoadz.com, customer satisfaction is our priority. Below are the terms of our 14-day return policy to ensure a smooth return process.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Submit a return request via the return request form on your order page.

Provide the Following Details:

      • Order number
      • Full name
      • Address
      • Phone number
      • Reason for return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item(s). Refunds, store credits, or replacements will be processed after we receive and review the returned product(s).

Return Conditions

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Customers may need to submit images or videos of damaged or defective items for verification.
  • Before processing a return, troubleshooting steps may be provided to resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items (Consumables)
For health and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Edibles
  • Drinks
  • Smokable products
  • Any product categorized as a consumable

Cosmetic Damage

  • Cosmetic damage must be reported directly to the manufacturer within 24 hours of delivery.

Non-Defective Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If free shipping was applied, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
  • Opened, non-defective items may incur a 20% return processing fee.

Alternative Devices

  • All returned devices must be thoroughly cleaned before shipping.
  • Items returned with residual odor or material will incur a 15% return processing fee.
Special Scenarios

Promotional Items

  • Promotional items are final sale and not eligible for replacement.
  • Store credit or refunds may be issued for defective promotional items.
  • If returning a product from a promotional offer, the associated promotional item(s) must also be returned. If not, the non-promotional value will be deducted from your refund.

Refused Orders

  • Orders refused by either the customer or the shipping carrier will incur a 15% return processing fee.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. If free shipping was applied, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Prepaid Cards

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. However, CannaRoadz Corp. is not responsible if the prepaid card is no longer in the cardholder’s possession.
